Maestro Leather – Return & Cancellation Policy

At Maestro Leather, we are committed to delivering premium leather jackets, motorbike gloves, motorbike suits, and leather accessories crafted using high-quality leather materials including cowhide, sheepskin, goatskin, and other premium leather types.

If you experience any issue with your order, please notify us within 30 days after delivery, and we will review and resolve the matter promptly.


1. Accuracy Guarantee

If your order is delivered with an incorrect product, design, size, color, or material that does not match your approved specifications, we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

If reproduction or replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued for the affected items.


2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet started. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible; however, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request whenever possible.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing will be completed within 10 business days after approval.


4. Inspection & Processing

All returned items are carefully inspected to verify the reported issue.

After verification, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the nature of the problem.

Refunds are credited within 10 business days after approval.


5. Exchanges for Defective Items

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may provide an alternative replacement or a refund.


6. Warranty & Defect Claims

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

The buyer must report defects within 30 days after delivery.

Minor variations in leather texture, color shade, or natural marks are considered normal characteristics of genuine leather and do not qualify as defects.

If the defect results from third-party materials, we may assign the supplier’s warranty claims to the buyer.

The limitation period for defect claims is 30 days from the delivery date, except where longer periods are required by applicable law.


Returned Goods

Returns of non-defective leather goods are only permitted with prior written consent from Maestro Leather (Return Material Authorization). Refund terms will be determined case by case.

All return shipping costs, transport charges, customs duties, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Maestro Leather is not liable for returned goods until they are received at our facility in good condition.


Liability

Maestro Leather shall be liable only in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. In other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

We are not liable for minor negligence, unless essential contractual obligations have been breached.

No liability applies for free technical advice or recommendations, unless they are part of a written contractual agreement.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all local import regulations, labeling requirements, and product compliance laws are fulfilled before resale.


Intellectual Property Rights

The buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or share our catalogs, product photos, or designs without prior written consent. All intellectual property rights remain with Maestro Leather.

For goods produced according to the buyer’s designs or specifications, the buyer agrees to indemnify Maestro Leather against any third-party claims.

Maestro Leather reserves the right to label its products with the brand name “Maestro Leather” in an appropriate manner.


Important Notes

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date, unless covered by warranty claims.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or prepared for resale are not eligible for return or refund.

Maestro Leather reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and any updates will be published on this page.
