1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Maestro Leather. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Maestro Leather is a manufacturer and exporter of leather jackets, leather accessories, motorbike gloves, motorbike suits, and a supplier of leather and leather goods in various materials including cowhide, sheepskin, goatskin, and other premium leather types.


2. Custom Orders

All custom orders require final approval of designs, sizes, colors, materials, and specifications before production begins.

Once the design is approved and production has started, changes cannot be made.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all order details, including spelling, logos, colors, sizes, materials, and measurements, before final approval.


3. Payment Terms

Small Orders (< $200):
Full advance payment is required, including sample orders.

Bulk Orders:
Payment schedule:

  • 45% advance at order confirmation

  • 35% during production

  • 20% + shipping charges after complete manufacturing

During production, customers may receive progress updates, photos, or product details to monitor order development.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods according to our payment terms.


4. Production and Delivery

Standard production time is 5–10 business days depending on the product type.

For large-volume or complex custom leather orders, production may take 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and specifications.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Maestro Leather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.


5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made leather products are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or company error, customers may be eligible for refund, replacement, or repair according to our policy.

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order, along with proof of the issue (photos or detailed descriptions).


6. Samples

Maestro Leather may provide custom-made product samples upon request, subject to approval.

While the sample itself may be free in certain cases, all shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer.

Sample availability depends on product type, customization requirements, and company approval.


7. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, logos, and artwork created by Maestro Leather remain the intellectual property of the company.

Customers are responsible for obtaining legal permission to use any third-party logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for production.


8. Limitation of Liability

Maestro Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.

Product Pricing:
Prices may vary depending on order quantity, leather type, customization, and market conditions, therefore the same product may not always be available at the same price.

10. Company Credentials

Maestro Leather is a professional manufacturer and exporter of leather garments, motorbike apparel, gloves, and leather accessories.

All our business operations and export activities comply with international trade standards and the regulations of the Government of Pakistan.


11. Amendments

Maestro Leather reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Offer and Contract Conclusion – Maestro Leather

Non-Binding Offers:
All offers are non-binding. Orders or acceptance declarations require written confirmation to be legally valid.

Contract Formation:
A contract becomes valid only after written order confirmation or product delivery.

Product Information:
Details such as dimensions, materials, weights, and illustrations are indicative unless exact specifications are essential for the contract.

Minor technical improvements or substitutions with comparable materials are permitted if product usability is not affected.

Intellectual Property:
All documents, drawings, patterns, and confidential materials remain the property of Maestro Leather and cannot be shared without written permission.

Confirmation Authority:
For contracts confirmed in writing or electronically, the content of our confirmation is considered binding unless the recipient raises an objection immediately.
